Hey dad and of course my very best friend, didn't get a chance to write how much of a great figure you were at the time of your passing,, but I was so fortunate to be your son and I hope and pray that I get the chance to be a fraction of your being. You were my hero and I will never forget all the wonderful things you did for me I Love you BIG GERALD and can't wait to see ya collecting taxes, checking people into courts building and or Both Guns blazing to make HOPEWELL better. Hey dad didn't get the chance to let whomever is around to read how great a father and really my best friend you were.You taught me and instilled in me values,ethics and Morales that I hope I have carried forward. The many times we laughed and early if ever had to cry. I'm constantly saying my dad this my dad that,and the true stories and the cool things you did were beyond remarkable.Hope that the good Lord is using your money management skills to keep HEAVENS books right and or using you for security at the gates with ST.Peter you were definitely one of a kind and boy was I blessed, love ya BIG GERALD can't.wait to see ya again. I have many fond memories growing up in City Point and going to school with Jerry and Dougie (my classmate). Jerry was the upper Classman. So sorry to hear about Jerry, Doug.
