Obituary of Charlie Clayton Rice

Charlie Clayton Rice, Sr., 79 of Prince George passed away on Sunday June 9, 2013 at home surrounded by his loving family. Charlie was preceded in death by his parents Dewey and Dora Rice, brothers, Jimmy and Forest "Sam" Rice. He was the owner and operator of Rice Tree Service for many years and loved hunting and fishing. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Nancy Marshall Rice, children; Kinny and Bryan Rice, Donna Rice Jones, and Charles "Corky" Rice, Jr., grandchildren; Melissa Rice Moore, Whitney Jones Sweitzer, Kevin Clayton Jones, Charlie "CJ" Rice III, and Tiffany Taylor Richardson, great grandchildren; Reily and Alex Moore, Rayner and Reid Sweitzer, Logan and Trey Richardson, brothers; Bill and Otis Rice, sisters; Sally Kaye Rogers, Loulamae Mundy, and Marysue Payne. A graveside service will be officiated by Rev. Chris Jenkins of Unity Baptist Church on Wednesday June 12, 2013 at 2:00 PM in Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens in Prince George.
